I’m a mind-body eating and health coach and a behavior change specialist. I’m also a mom of two amazing boys. But everything I teach comes from personal experience.
For years, I struggled with emotional eating, nighttime cravings and bingeing, stress, and feeling disconnected from my body. I used food as a reward, as comfort, and as a way to cope with my emotions. I know what it feels like to be caught in loops you don’t want to repeat, especially at the end of the year. Gaining weight. Feeling inflamed. Struggling to lose it after.
And I also know what it feels like to break free. To feel grounded, clear, nourished, and proud of myself again.
My work is about helping women tune back into their bodies, quiet the noise, and create a relationship with food that feels calm and intuitive. No perfection. No restriction. No all-or-nothing thinking.
