Each week you’ll join a live 60–90 minute teaching and coaching session with Marie where you will learn practical tools, apply them to your real-life challenges, and receive guidance in a small, supportive group of women working toward the same goal: becoming more consistent and in control of their habits.

Before each call, you’ll receive targeted reflection prompts designed to help you identify the patterns driving your eating habits so our time together stays practical, focused, and immediately applicable.

You’ll also begin with a private 1:1 strategy session to personalize your starting plan, clarify your biggest obstacles, and make sure you have a realistic structure you can actually follow, not just another plan you abandon after a few weeks.
