Hi, I’m Marie.

I’m a Certified Mind-Body Eating Coach and Behavior Change Specialist trained in neuroscience, helping women heal the patterns behind stress and emotional eating.

I work with women who are tired of endless diets, chaotic eating habits, and feeling out of control around food, and who want to feel calm, confident, and stable in their bodies again.

My approach focuses on changing the patterns that drive behavior — not just the behavior itself.

We start by regulating your biology first: stabilizing hunger, reducing cravings, supporting blood sugar, and working with the hormonal shifts that happen during perimenopause and menopause.

From there, we interrupt the habit loops that keep emotional eating in place and develop new ways to regulate your nervous system and respond to stress without relying on food.

Finally, we uncover the beliefs and identity patterns that keep pulling you back into old behaviors, so consistency becomes natural instead of something you have to constantly force.

Because real change doesn’t come from more discipline.

It comes from learning how to work with your biology, your brain, and your nervous system — so you can rebuild self-trust, support your health, and allow sustainable weight loss to become a natural result of how you live.
