Iโ€™m a Certified Mind-Body Eating and Behavior Change Specialist, trained in Neuroscience.

My Story

I spent years using food to manage emotions I didn't know how to sit with. Stress, overwhelm, feelings that felt too big to face. Food was fast, reliable, and it worked until it didn't.

I tried the diets. I tried the discipline. I understood the science. And my brain still found every reason to go back to the old patterns.

That gap between knowing and doing is where my work lives. I built my methodology from the inside out, from my own biology, my own history, and years of training in neuroscience and behavior change.

My Approach

I believe real transformation happens when you work with both the mind and the body.

Real change doesn't start with what you eat. It starts with understanding what's driving it.

1. Stabilize the biology Hunger, cravings, blood sugar, and the hormonal shifts that make consistency harder than it used to be.

2. Interrupt the habit loops Identify what's triggering the pattern and build new ways to respond to stress that don't require food to do the heavy lifting.

3. Go to the root The beliefs and identity patterns that keep pulling you back. Until those shift, your nervous system returns to what feels familiar even when it no longer serves you.

This is not about forcing change. It's about understanding your biology well enough that change stops feeling like a fight.

Beyond the Research

My work is grounded in both science and direct experience.

In 2019 I completed a 10-day Vipassana silent meditation retreat in Thailand. Ten days of complete silence. Just me, my thoughts, and learning to observe my own mind.

That experience taught me that we are not our thoughts. We don't have to believe everything our brain tells us. I learned to separate from my thoughts and watch them without obeying them.

That's the same skill at the core of everything I teach.
