Helping women rebuild trust with their bodies through science, mindfulness, and self-awareness.
Â
Hi, I’m Marie Dionne!
I’m a Certified Mind-Body Eating and Behavior Change Specialist, trained in Neuroscience.
I help women who are tired of diets and emotional eating finally feel calm and confident around food again.
Using science-based tools and nervous-system work, we reset your habits from the inside out so you can eat, move, and live in a body that feels free, energized, and aligned.
My Story
Â
My relationship with food was complicated for a long time.
In my early twenties, I struggled with disordered eating. Although I moved through that chapter, I continued to battle body dysmorphia and emotional eating. I often found myself grazing, thinking about food constantly, and never feeling truly satisfied.
It wasn’t just about food — it was about disconnection.
I was disconnected from my body, my needs, and the version of myself I knew I was meant to become.
When I started looking beneath the surface, I realized my habits were being driven by stress, overthinking, and nervous system fatigue. Once I began to bring awareness, create structure, and nourish myself from a grounded place, everything shifted. My focus, energy, and self-trust returned.
Now I guide other women to do the same —
to stop coping and start leading themselves with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
My Approach
Â
I believe real transformation happens when you work with both the mind and the body.
My method, the Heart–Mind Eating Method, integrates neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and mindful nourishment to help you:
âś… Calm your stress response
âś… Rewire unhelpful habits and patterns
âś… Build consistent, balanced routines
✅ Reconnect to your body’s signals
âś… Feel confident and in control again
âś…Â Unlock lasting weight loss
This is not about dieting or forcing change. It’s about returning to yourself and learning to lead from awareness rather than pressure.
The Science and the Soul
My work bridges the precision of neuroscience with the depth of mindfulness and self-awareness.
A defining moment on my journey was completing a 10-day Vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand — ten days of silence that revealed the profound intelligence of stillness.
It was there I learned that healing doesn’t come from control, but from connection.
That understanding continues to guide my work today — a fusion of compassion, curiosity, and science-based methods that honor each woman’s unique rhythm of transformation.

If you’ve tried everything to change the way you eat or lose weight and nothing has worked, you know how exhausting it feels to always end up back in that same place.
That place where it’s a free-for-all with food, and you tell yourself, “At least food tastes good.”
It’s your turn to change that.
To stop before you’re too full.
To say no to sweets without an internal battle.
To enjoy a treat without spiraling into a month of chaos.
When you stop trying to change through willpower alone and start working with your brain and nervous system instead of against them, everything begins to make sense.
That’s when real, sustainable change finally becomes possible.
